  • Two years as the District ALE Coordinator at Shirley School District. Four years as Elementary Principal at Shirley School District. Strong sense of responsibility as a professional team member. My total military service consists of seven years and six months, with one year being activated on active duty in the Iraq War. Upon completing extensive training in PLDC (Progressive Leadership Development Course) I assumed first-line supervision responsibilities and applied the fundamentals and techniques of leadership, group behavior, and resource management in a military organization. The course trained me to combine lectures, small-group seminars, and practical application in the areas of leadership, communication, resource and training management, military studies, and professional skills. Subjects covered in the course included counseling, sexual harassment, team building, motivation, styles of leadership and problem solving.
